Frequently Asked Questions |
Do you work with Seller's Agents? |
I like to deal directly with the property owner (you). Therefore, I prefer to not deal with Seller's Agents unless we are doing a Short Sale on the property. In order to get the best deal for both my clients and myself, I do not like to pay agent commissions. In a short sale, the lender pays the commissions. If your property is currently listed by an agent, please do not contact me until that listing is about to expire (unless we need to do a short sale). There are exceptions to every rule, but so far I have not had an exception to this one. |
How can you offer top dollar on my property? |
| I will look at comparable property sales in your area. I will factor in any repairs that need to be done to your home. Then, I will factor in what I feel is a fair profit margin when I calculate my offer. I am a real estate investor. So, yes, I do make money investing in real estate.

How fast can you close? |
That depends on the circumstances. It is often possible to close in 2-weeks or less. However, closing in 30-days is more common. If you are behind on your mortgage, often just having an accepted offer to sell the property can delay a foreclosure. The sooner you contact me, the better. |
